Outdoor Learning
This year, one of the things the Rother Valley West School Council is going to discuss is outdoor learning. This obviously includes trips and residentials but it also includes any learning outside the classroom.
School Council Meeting & Top Trumps
Schools often share great places to visit, residentials and outside learning lessons. One of the activities at the next Rother Valley West School Council meeting on Tuesday, 7th October, is to begin to design TOP TRUMP cards for the new School Council section on the MOODLE.
For the next meeting, find out what have been the most popular trips, residentials and outside learning lessons at your school. Then think what categories you would put on the different Top Trump cards (some might be the same, others might be different) and bring your ideas to the meeting. You can download the WORD blank cards and fill in your information. If you have ideas on how the finished cards should look, bring those to the meeting too.
And don’t forget to encourage your classmates to add to the Year 6 Forum!
