Rother Valley Schools

Welcome to the Rother Valley West School's Moodle pages.

If there is something you would like to share or communicate with the group of RVSchools you can upload documents and messages here.

(You will just need to email us with your preferred username and we will assign you a password which you can change on your first login.)

  • Here is news from the Rother Valley West School Council.

    We have user friendly pages to download that show 'How to Logon to Moodle'.

    There is a Forum for Year 4 and 5 pupils to make suggestions about what they would like to see in Year 6.  What Could Year 6 be like?             Students from MIS and MGS are also welcome to contribute.

    Keep checking the Online Calendar to find out when the next meeting is and other important information. 

    Are there any great websites you like, share them on the SwopShop page and add just a brief comment on what you liked about them.

    The Bulletin Board which will keep you up-to-date on what we will be discussing at the meeting and what to bring.

    Click on the TopTrumps page as one of the activities at the next Rother Valley West School Council meeting is to bring some ideas for what might go into TOP TRUMP cards - don't worry, an eye-catching design will come later!

    The Top Trump templates download as a word document, allowing you to add your own pictures and text.

    Next meeting of Rother Valley School Council -     Tuesday, 17th March at 12.15 at Easebourne. 
    Bring a packed lunch and let Mr Meaby know how many people to expect.

    Meanwhile, here's a list of the action point.  Make sure you check which ones you need to do.

    • ACTION: Schools to fill in their recycling information at the RVS Recycling Survey.

    • ACTION: Schools to post good websites to the swap shop forum.

    • ACTION: Schools to think about making a link to Rother Valley Moodle from their own Moodle and/or website.

    • ACTION: Midhurst Primary to send their template to RVSchools.

    • ACTION: Schools to begin to send top trump cards to RVSchools.

    • ACTION: Rother Valley Schools to organise pairings and a pattern of visits to the schools before the next meeting; the possibility of this initiative involving ALL Rother Valley Schools to be explored.

    • ACTION: School representatives from each school to give feedback to the group at the next meeting.
