The Rother Valley is an area of outstanding natural beauty. It lies in the western part of West Sussex, to the north of the South Downs, with centres of population in the market towns of Midhurst and Petworth, well known for Petworth House and Park.
The Rother Valley is only about 45 miles from London, with good rail links at Pulborough, Haslemere and Petersfield, and about 15 miles from the cathedral city of Chichester.
